Level 2 Standard Clear, Wide Mouth,Glass Jar, 8 oz / 250mL with Teflon® lined Polypropylene 58mm cap, 12/CS.
Level 2 bottles are pre-cleaned to meet or exceed the requirements of US EPA's "Specifications for Contaminant-Free Sample Containers" and are packaged with caps attached. Each case is labeled with a production lot number, has a Certificate of Quality Environmental Compliance (C-QEC) which has the production lot number, and is custody-sealed.
