DWK® Kimax® Cold Test Jar, for Petroleum Oil Testing, 35 mm O.D., 125 mm H 32501

Features:

  • Manufactured from borosilicate glass 3.3
  • Jar has flat bottom and reinforced bead at open end
  • With marking spot and graduation ring located 54 mm from inside bottom
  • Used to determine temperature (cloud point) at which haziness is first observed at bottom of jar when petroleum oils are cooled and examined under specified conditions (ASTM D2500), and also temperature at which chilled undisturbed oils will pour (ASTM D97)
