Model 401XLX4 has a capacity of 4000 pounds per hour using a 3/8" diameter perforated screen plate; 2500 pounds using a 3/16" diameter screen. It is recommended for crushing 6-inch and smaller material to minus-4 mesh. This model is explosion proof.

Features

• The covered feed hopper with a capacity of 1.6 cubic feet (70 lb) has a manual-feed control gate.
• The cast ductile iron-crusher housings are hinged and latched for quick access.
• Stressing safety in operation, its open latch sensor cuts power to the motor.
• The rotor swing-hammers are heat-treated and hardened.
• Rotor assemblies are reversible (end-for-end) for maximum hammer life.
• Screen plates have round-hole perforations. Available perforation diameters are (in inches) 1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4, and 1.
• The container is sealed to the discharge spout while crushing.
• The Nema-12 magnetic starter provides a 120-volt control circuit and overload protection for the 7 1/2 HP, TEFC motor, 380V, 3 phase, 50Hz motor.
• The rotor speed is 1260 rpm.
