Gilson Company® Curing Tank Heater, for Concrete Testing, HM-651
Features:
- Designed to maintain water temperatures in Concrete Curing Tanks up to 350 gal (1,325 L) for proper curing of concrete specimens
- Maintains required concrete curing temperature of 73.4 degrees F +/-3 degrees F (23 degrees C +/-1.7 degrees C) when ambient temperature is between 53 degrees to 72 degrees F (12 degrees to 22 degrees C)
- One heater recommended per 200 gallons of water
- Additional tank heaters may be needed based on size of tank, specimen loading, and ambient air temperature
- Heating element must be immersed in water to depth of no less than 12 in (305 mm) at all times
- Heater has Incoloy shielded 19 in (483 mm) long element attached to sealed stainless steel housing
- Dial-type proportional controller regulates required temperatures in curing tanks
- 1,000-watt unit operates on 120 V, 60 Hz power supplies and requires 15 amp circuit
- Equipped with 9 ft long three-prong grounded plug, fuse, run light, and mounting bracket
