Parr Instruments® Gage Block Assembly, with 0-3000 psi Gage, Stainless Steel, 4310-A-3000
Features:
- Gage block assemblies combine function of an:
- Inlet / Outlet Valve
- Pressure Gage
- Safety Rupture Disc
- into compact assembly which can be attached to head of any small vessel with limited head space using connecting tube
- Has threaded socket in block for gas connection with pressure hose or tubing using a type “A” coned pressure fitting
- Coned fittings are also used on thick-walled tube which connects block to pressure vessel
- Valve in this assembly controls gas flow into vessel and gage shows pressure in vessel when valve is closed
- Rupture disc with burst rating matched to gage is installed in block
- For small vessels with 1-inch I.D. that can only accommodate single head port, version of 4310A available with 1/16″ O.D. thermocouple
- 4310A Gage Block Assembly is usually furnished with 3-1/2 inch diameter pressure gage and includes 3 inch long connecting tube with type “A” coned fitting
- Designed for vessels up to 600 mL
- Gage block, connecting tube and pressure gage on these assemblies are normally made of type 316 Stainless Steel, but they can also be made of Alloy 400 on special order
- Longer tubes can be furnished on special order.
