Each capsule of specialized microbial cultures contains a chemical additive for the inhibition of nitrifying bacteria in wastewater samples. Designed to provide a standard seed source for the degradation of both industrial and municipal waste in CBOD5 testing. Formulated according to The Standard Methods for Examination of Water and Wastewater.

- To use, mix contents of one (1) capsule with 0.5L of APHA standard dilution water at 20°C (68°F), stir for at least 60 minutes
