Features:
- Provides added economy through use of front-mounted "add air plenum" that can supply up to 70 percent of total air volume requirement from outside source
- Superstructure entrance framed with inward angled members that minimize turbulence and provide smooth movement of air into hood
- Design allows for efficient operation of hood with at face velocities ranging from 60 to 150 FPM
- Bult-in bypass feature above hood sash works to maintain relatively constant face velocity at any sash height
- Add Air Plenum utilizes series of diffusers and louvers to provide uniform flow of supply air to hood face
- Equipped with full view laminated safety glass sash with full width flush pull and counterweight for easy operation
- Lower airfoil acts as sash stop that provides 1 in. space for air to continuously flow into hood and across work surface
- Double wall construction of superstructure provides adequate space on both side os hood for installation of service fixtures and routing plumbing/electrical lines
- Lining of interior work are of hood is white resin-Chem with removable interior access panels on both sides
- Removable exterior side panels provide easy acces to fixtures and service lines
- Interior of hood is brightly lit by maximum width dual flouorescent tube light fixture that is mounted behind a sealed safety glass panel to isolate fixture from corrosive fumes and flammable vapors
- Fluorescent tube replacement accomplished via exterior top front access panel
- Variety of optional service fixtures available from Prime-Aire™ with types and location customer specification
