The Parr Model 6400 Automatic Isoperibol Calorimeter was designed for laboratories requiring high throughput, precision, and reliable automation. With approximately one minute of operator time required per test, the 6400 enabled laboratory technicians to efficiently manage multiple calorimeters simultaneously while maintaining excellent accuracy and precision.

The Parr 6200 Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter, now discontinued, was one of Parr’s most popular calorimeters. Its removable bomb and bucket design combined ease of use with exceptional precision and accuracy. Designed to conform to applicable industry standards, the 6200 was well suited for high-precision quality control applications as well as research and development work.

The 6100 takes advantage of the real time, continuously corrected method originally developed by Parr Instrument Company. This method does not require a water jacket which reduces costs while achieving up to equal results with water jacketed models under good conditions. The 6100 is a favorite for testing coal waste, refuse, and alternative fuels.

This calorimeter is the first designed by Parr to be controlled by your own personal computer allowing access to the calorimeter’s functions and tests. This new moderately priced, compact calorimeter combines a static jacket system with the convenience of automated oxygen filling.

A reliable calorimeter, the 1341 can be used for the same broad range of solid and liquid combustible samples. Its modest cost and simple design make the model suitable for modest throughput and minimal precision work such as sample screening and student instruction, especially physical chemistry.
