FloPro XCi MACE FloSeries 3, In-Situ, Inc., 850-366

Item: 92-1629-80-EA

Description

In-SituFloPro® XCi MACE® FloSeries® 3, 850-366

Features:

  • System can be used to monitor just about any water quantity whether full pipe, partially full pipe, or open channel along with quality sensor plus vital mining, municipal, and industrial equipment and assets
  • Fully expandable -- measure flow, as well as conductivity, pH, rainfall, depth of a pond or many other parameters
  • Easily interfaced with SCADA/telemetry systems
  • Utilizes state-of-the-art MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity sensors for superior accuracy under a wide range of hydraulic conditions such as those in wastewater and stormwater flows, even when pipe slope is unknown, in surcharge, or flowing in reverse
  • Equipped with 5 card slots which accept any combination of 6 card types to efficiently monitor a vast array of water quantity and quality sensors:
  • Doppler Card -- supports one MACE Doppler ultrasonic sensor
  • I/O Card -- supports 7 snesor inputs and 4 control outputs including 4-20 mA, voltage and digital; also supplies 12V to power add-on sensors
  • Pulse I/O Card -- powers (+5VDC or +12VDC) a single pulsing flow sensor and provides a pulse output; allows FloPro® XCi the ability to sense pulses from non-MACE flow sensors
  • SDI-12 Master Card -- provides FloPro® XCi with ability to control/log In-Situ and 3rd party SDI-12 compliant sensors
  • FloSI Card -- provides an SDI-12 or ModBus output to inerface FLoPro XCi to SCADA systems
  • WebComm Card -- gives FloPro® XCi ability to remotely configure the device and run diagnostics as well as upload internal logged data to web-based data server via GSM/3G cell networks
  • FloPro® XCi has no moving parts and using the MACE Doppler ultrasonic velociy sensors, it produces minimal obstruction to the flow
  • MACE® velocity sensors use continuous wave Doppler ultrasound to measure the speed of dirt, bubbles or other particles in the stream flow -- in full pipe a golf ball sized velocity profile is "seen" and via a complex of algorithms velocity is calculated while in partially full pipes or open channels the sensors utilize MASP (MACE® Advanced Signal Processing) technology to "see" across the entire stream and give a true average velocity
  • Ready straight out of the box, FloPro®XCi houses the cards in a rugged, weatherproof, lockable enclosure -- includes data logger, LCD display, solar regulator, battery, and cards chosen for the application
  • Easily plug 'n' play In-Situ sensors using an SDI-12 card such as the Aqua TROLL® 600,Aqua TROLL® (depth, EC, and temperature) sensors, LevelTROLL® (depth, temperature) sensors -- up to 10 sensors per SDI-12 card using the powerful SDI-12 setup utility
