  • Conical glass tip allows penetration into solids, semi-solids, and emulsions for direct pH measurement
  • Glass tip is made from special low temperature glass formulation with a lower resistance of approximately 50 megaohmn compared to general purpose glass tips with about 100 megaohms resistance — this allows for optimum resistance for low temperature foods
