Features:
- Compact, panel mounted, process controller designed to measure electrolytic conductivity (EC) of a process stream
- Allows users to choose automatic or manual dosing modes—dry contact relay activates when a reading is above the setpoint when in automatic mode
- Relay can activate either a dosing pump or a solenoid valve
- Programmable overdose protection that can deactivate dosing relay if setpoint is not reached within a specified time interal (5 to 30 minutes)
- Relay can be disabled (off), placed in auto mode, or placed in manual mode (on) by moving the switch—manual mode is useful for priming a dosing pump
- Multicolor LED indicators for quick status check—green indicates meter is measuring and reading is below setpoint; orange/yellow means that reading is above setpoint and relay is activated; blinking red indicates alarm condition such as maximum dosing time has been exceeded
- Relay dosing contact is protected by fuse rated to 2A load
- Quick-connect terminal blocks are clearly labeled for easy connection to power, conductivity probe and relay for dosing pump or valve, audible alarm, or light
- HI7634-00 (92-2695-69) conductivity probe which is available in multiple cable lengths—purchase separately
