Description
The 4560 Mini Bench Top Reactors are the most popular Parr stirred reactors. Though called "mini" reactors, they come in a wide range of sizes from 100 mL to 600 mL. They can be either fixed head or movable vessels and have a maximum opeating pressure of 3000 psi (200 bar). Depending on the gasket for the main head, it can reach operating temperatures up to 350 degrees C. Heaters for these reactors are made according to cylinder dimensions and are either clamp-on band heaters or mantle heaters. The support system of the mini reactors is specifically designed to provide stability at stirring speeds of up to 1700 rpm in a compact mounting suitable for small spaces and can also be adapted to accept smaller vessels from the 4590 micro reactor series.
