Preiser has enhanced the market leading Plastometer series of test instruments, used to determine the fluidity of coking coal, to the next level of usability. The Plastometer represents a completely new instrument design. The Plastometer head unit and solder pot retains the market leading proven assemblies outfitted with advanced component mounting and other mechanical improvements. The Plastometer is used for the determination of plastic properties of coal by the Gieseler constant-torque method. It is designed to meet the ASTM Standard D-2639, providing critical data necessary for the thorough analyses of coking coals.

• Choose up to three Expansion Units to add to Z91-3400-01 or Z91-3410-01 as the Market's most economical way to increase sample throughput. The interface can accept any combination up to 4 units for Plastometer and/or Dilatometer.
