Features:
- Display shows current temperature in °C/°F and minimum and maximum temperatures
- Minimum/Maximum monitors readings overnight, on weekends, or any time period displaying and recording exact time and date when the minimum or maximum temperature occurred
- Visual/Audible alarms programmable in 0.1 ° increments to provide alerts to temperature excursions above or below the high/low set points and will continuously alarm (for days) even if temperature returns to non-alarm range
- With resolution of 0.01 ° and accuracy of ± 0.3 °C and traceability to International Standards, it provides exact readings required for critical requirements, quality control checks, and routine measurements
- One-button user calibration
- Two channel thermometer available with one or two imperious stainless steel probes that sense the slightest change of temperature and can be used for liquid, air/gas, and semisolids
- Accurate readings obtainable with a minimum of 8.4 mm (1/3 in.) penetration
